These terms apply to browsing Biyoleta and using features such as likes.
Accounts and comments
Posting requires an account with a verified email address. Use an email address you control and do not impersonate others. Comments and display names are public. Do not post other people’s personal information, infringing material, harassment or spam. You may delete your own comments. We may remove comments or restrict accounts that violate these terms.
About Biyoleta
Biyoleta helps you discover classical recordings and mark your favorites with a like. Recording details and vote totals are provided for reference. They do not guarantee artistic quality, availability for purchase or availability on a streaming service.
Likes and acceptable use
Currently, each browser identifier can select one recording per work and change that selection later. Automated mass voting, manipulating identifiers to submit duplicate votes, unauthorized access, excessive traffic, infringement and illegal activity are prohibited. We may exclude fraudulent votes and restrict abusive use.
Information and image rights
Recording and work information uses external sources including MusicBrainz. Album artwork, portraits and other images belong to their respective rights holders. Display on Biyoleta does not grant permission to republish or commercially reuse them. Check the applicable data and image licenses before reuse.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep information accurate and the service available, but errors, omissions and interruptions may occur. Features may change or be suspended for maintenance or other operational needs. External services are subject to their own providers’ terms. Our responsibility is governed by applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
These terms are governed by Japanese law. We will publish changes and their effective dates on this site and give advance notice of material changes. Contact the Instagram account below about corrections, rights concerns or other questions. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
